We want to inform you of intermittent service disruptions currently affecting the CPGvision application. These issues are caused by a global platform outage on Salesforce Heroku, our cloud infrastructure provider.

  • This is an external infrastructure issue, not related to the CPGvision platform itself
  • We are in direct communication with Heroku for real-time updates on their resolution efforts
